Classic Chicken Noodle Soup
Every couple of years our entire household will succumb to the stomach bug—one by one like dominos. I know Chez Vetiver is not alone in this unpleasant experience so I thought I'd share a surefire way to recalibrate post-virus: Classic Chicken Noodle Soup.
This particular recipe makes a lot of soup, presumably because one will be repeating this meal until a regular diet resumes. I like to use bone broth for added protein and richer flavor while a garnish of parsley adds the gourmet touch you'll likely be longing for. You may try bone-in chicken breasts for a more traditional preparation.
